Viveros Demoy S.L. takes the compromise to keep itself all the personal information metioned in the current legal law and especially the Organic Law paragraph 15/1999 dated Dec. 13th of the personal protection (LOPD).

The info and / or the personal info you send us free through our web, could be included in our bank of information which belongs only to Viveros Demoy S.L. in order to be able to send you any new information about our nursery.

Viveros Demoy S.L. takes the compromise to use the information we get always under a deep , seriously as well as confidential and personal way, taken the necessary technical security measures to give the security that the personal information we receive are save enough and not used for no authorised people who can either change them or lost them. We also take the compromise of not sending the personal information received to anybodyelse.

According to what is mentioned in the LOPD, anyone who sends his personal details wants any day to change them , rectified or just wish to be destroyed, can do so just sending one e mail to us, to : info@viverosdemoy.com
